Williams was raised by her father who was a Brooklyn firefighter, and then her mother (who resided within Tribeca Manhattan) after the divorce of her parents when she was very young. She attended junior high school within Chinatown New York high school in Chelsea and attended Nazareth College in Rochester NY. Angel Williams is a 16-year veteran in the field of manicuring who has not had a problem with the same old nail polish. Her natural, healthy style and determination to create nails with bright colors has always been her mainstays. With her base in New York Angel relishes in the meticulous nature of her art, which makes her an asset on editorial and commercial shoots, fashion runways as well as to the private and celebrity clients.
