In the second half of 2010, Aleesha is now a top female bodybuilder. Aleesha was born into the largest family in which there were athletes. Her father was a bodybuilder the other siblings of Aleesha were also involved in activities like ice hockey. Aleesha has played many sports, including soccer, basketball and softball. Aleesha obtained her professional license when she won the NPC USA Championships in 2014. When she started to compete she did so in the year 2008. In 2014, the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro saw her compete in the 9th place race. She held on to her 9th-place finish for 2015. In the years 2015 and 2016, Aleesha was ranked 6th at her final IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. The first time she competed professionally was the Chicago Pro Championships in 2019. She had steadily improved and had won her Chicago Pro Championships. Her best showing at WOS Rising Phoenix. WOS Rising Phoenix was in the year 2000, where she finished 4th position. But the "World's toughest mom" had to stop her training because of her health.
